Beware of fake Norovirus outbreak news in Rayong

Department of Health warns of fake news! Norovirus, Rayong Province cause it is an old news  only 2 cases were infected, most of which were caused by E.coli and coliform bacteria, totaling 1,436 cases.

On December 18, the Department of Health alerted fake news from the case of online media. Disseminate information on the outbreak of Norovirus in Rayong Province with incorrect information.

The case that occurred in Rayong province was an incident in early November, which was diarrhea of 1,436 school children caused by E.coli and coliform bacteria. Only 2 cases and the situation has now returned to normal.

The Department of Health asks the public to protect themselves from the Norovirus because outbreaks are often found in winter and in young children. Elderly people with low immunity as follows

1) Eat freshly cooked food. Use a medium spoon.
2) Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
3) Wash your hands with clean water and soap before and after daily activities.
4) Avoid drinking unclean water, and avoid touching unclean water.
